In order to strengthen its sales team, JOST is looking for an immediate and long-term commitment at its management headquarters in Weiswampach (LU): 

An administrative and commercial employee

You will be part of the commercial administration team and work in support of the external sales team:
 
Your tasks:
 
Administrative/commercial management:
  • As a support to the external sales person, you will deal with price requests from both the existing portfolio and any new prospects in the relevant area.
  • You will analyse requests, produce statistics, calculate, draft and transmit offers.
  • You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of each offer (CRM encoding) and follow-up.
  • You follow up on the evolution of the results obtained and report directly to the managers and the sales management.
  • You will also participate in prospecting to approach new clients.
 
Your profile:
 
  • You speak German. Knowledge of English, Dutch and French is an advantage.
  • You ideally have a bachelor's degree in a commercial or logistical field and at least 3 years of professional experience in the transport and logistics sector.
  • You have good communication and commercial skills in daily communication with the customer
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel and generally have good computer and mathematical logic
  • You have a logical mind, but also a team spirit
  • You have a sense of responsibility and are very good at managing a project in its entirety
  • You are sociable, flexible, organized, rigorous, dynamic and autonomous
