Digital Marketing Development Profile
- Develop our digital marketing through both professional and public social networks, the website, and other "push" tools.
- Develop an Employer Branding strategy, including recruitment support and internal tool animation.
- Manage e-reputation and strategy to enhance brand image.
- Develop materials to promote our commercial activities.
- Develop privileged relationships with the press to solicit support when needed.
- Develop internal communication.
- Engage the Kangaroo Family community through targeted content creation and events.
- Support the optimization of the visibility of our sponsorships.
Required Technical Skills:
Digital Marketing
- Mastery of basic digital marketing concepts and current trends, including SEO, email marketing, online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Ability to develop and execute consistent digital marketing and branding strategies, including employer branding, across digital platforms to achieve defined objectives.
- Expertise in e-reputation management.
Social Media Management
- Practical experience and ability to develop and manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in social media content management, including creating editorial calendars, regularly posting content, and engaging with the online community.
- Skills in creating and optimizing content tailored to each platform.
- Ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content and SEO Skills
- Exceptional writing skills to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Knowledge of SEO to optimize web content and improve search engine rankings.
- Experience in managing corporate blogs and producing various types of content (articles, videos, infographics).
Performance Analysis and Monitoring
- Use of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and social media to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, interpret traffic and user behavior.
- Ability to interpret analytical data to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Content Creation
- Basic skills in digital content creation, including writing compelling copy, basic graphic design, and producing simple video content.
- Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Additional Technical Skills
- Understanding of basic web development principles (HTML, CSS) and CMS management (WordPress, Prestashop, etc.) to make minor modifications to websites.
- Experience with digital content creation and management tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, etc., to coordinate marketing activities and track progress.
Soft Skills:
Creative and Visual Sensitivity
- Ability to conceptualize and oversee the production of visual materials consistent with the brand identity.
- Understanding of color psychology, typography, and web design.
Flexibility and Adaptability
- Ability to quickly adapt to trend changes and new technologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate strategies, ideas, and results to team members and stakeholders (internal and/or external).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams and vendors.
Knowledge of English is essential. Dutch and German are a plus.
