JOST is looking for a dispatcher for its site in Tessenderlo (Limburg).

Tasks
 
To direct, execute and/or ensure the execution of the activities of the local traffic center in an optimal manner and to guarantee compliance with the agreements, taking into account the restrictions imposed and complying with all the regulations in force.
Dispatching the various fresh/dry journeys and collections.
Maintaining close collaboration with colleagues at other sites.
Checking the complete details and accuracy OUT + IN:
  • the roadmap
  • CMRs
  • dispatch notes
  • tractor/electric pallet truck keys/SAS key
Make corrections to the waybills
At night, plan transport requests (unscheduled balances) and create a night report including all anomalies noted at night.
By night, monitor the smooth running of center operations.
Mail management
Encoding if necessary (admin backup)
Operational management of the traffic center (office - pump - car wash - etc.)
Execute the schedule drawn up centrally and report any deviations to the Traffic and/or Planning Manager in Leuven.
Checking drivers' departure times and breaks.
Coordination of spotters - drivers activity
Managing documents and anomalies sent by email (D-54 - D-58 - Breakdown service - etc.)
Report any deviation from the schedule to the planning manager.
