We are looking for an Administrative Logistics Employee for our site in Oupeye (Trilogiport).

Tasks:
- Answering phones, managing emails
- Computerized article creation
- Preparation of receptions
- Encoding orders
- Management of merchandise returns
- Preparation of delivery notes and CMR
- Filing
- Customer contact: follow-up and response to inquiries, quality reporting (photos + damage reports), sending receipts and delivery notes, maintaining good customer relations
- Management of "Booking" for loading/unloading for all Trilogiport clients
- Organization of extra jobs: picking, repairs, exchanges
- Control of loading and unloading

Profile:
- You are motivated, resourceful, autonomous, organized
- You are fluent in French and German. English is an asset.
- You are capable of impeccable administrative follow-up
- You can communicate easily with your colleagues, supervisors, and clients

Offer:
Full-time, 5 days/week (37 hours/week)
Daytime hours
You will work within a young team, in a continuously expanding group
Temporary mission, with potential for permanent employment
Salary subject to CP 226
