The concept is simple and easy to implement. A platform fully customised in JOST's colours is supported by dedicated communication materials, allowing employees to join the experience and follow the competition with ease.

One of the key strengths of this initiative is its ability to generate daily interactions. Predictions, results and rankings quickly become popular topics of conversation across the company.

Employee engagement continues to grow. While around 100 people participated in the early editions, nearly 225 employees now take part in the experience.

This growth demonstrates the increasing enthusiasm for an activity that naturally encourages team spirit and collaboration.
