Since 2015, Jérôme Sine has served as IT Infrastructure Manager at JOST, leading the team with clear direction while coordinating skills and ensuring everyone works toward the same goal. He remains deeply involved on the technical side and acts as an interface between IT and various departments.

A complementary and committed team

JOST’s IT team is small but highly complementary. Jason and Thibault are the main user contacts, providing daily support and monitoring the infrastructure. Gilles brings global infrastructure expertise and contributes to web-related projects in distribution. John, a network specialist, and soon Stéphane, systems engineer and project manager, complete the team.

Managing over 500 users across 20 European sites, roughly 200 servers and 800 workstations, the team’s strength lies in cohesion, mutual support, and individual accountability.

All this ensures stability today while preparing for the future, with a focus on simplicity, understanding, and continuous improvement, in close dialogue with business teams and without unnecessary jargon.

Addressing growth and cybersecurity challenges

With JOST growing rapidly, particularly through acquisitions, IT must quickly integrate new sites while securing access to the group’s resources. In 2025, an international SD-WAN solution was deployed, enabling new sites or employees to be connected in just a few hours, increasing agility.

Cybersecurity is also a major challenge. In an age where AI accelerates threats, JOST invests in powerful tools and user awareness through platforms such as Knowbe4.
