Liège, December 30, 2025 – 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀, representing a total surface area of 51,000 m².
This transaction brings the 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗧’𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗲̀𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟯𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺² 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, thereby consolidating its position as a 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗶𝘂𝗺.
𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮, 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲, 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 (a regular line is expected at the beginning of 2026, a step we welcome with enthusiasm) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲’𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀. It is fully in line with 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗧’𝘀 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, combining less polluting rail–river transport over long distances with the “last mile” approach, the final kilometers, by road.
Moreover, 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗦 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹, which proves its extremely active commitment to environmental protection, an issue close to the hearts of the residents living near the Trilogiport of Liège.
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗢𝗦𝗧 on December 30 and left unoccupied over the past 18 months, 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 by JOST as 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 in order to meet the growing demand from its clients. This will make it possible to create new jobs in the region.
With this strategic transaction, JOST confirms its determination to offer innovative and sustainable logistics solutions, while contributing to local economic development.
