Welcoming a new team member is more than just a handshake — it’s the first step in a relationship built on trust, learning, and growth. With this vision, the JOST Logistics Academy has launched a targeted training program for internal tutors at the Trilogiport site in Oupeye.

A structured initiative to transfer knowledge

Led by Training Officer Roberto Milazzo and developed in collaboration with a psycho-pedagogue from I.F.A.P.M.E, the program provides future tutors with a clear framework and actionable tools to support new hires.

The training focuses on key objectives:

  • Implementing an effective structure for knowledge transfer;

  • Building trust with new employees;

  • Motivating both tutor and trainee;

  • Offering evaluation and guidance from day one.

Interactive and inductive learning

True to the values of the JOST Logistics Academy, the program is based on an interactive, inductive approach that prioritizes engagement and hands-on learning. The tutor’s role evolves beyond technical supervision — they become an integration guide and mentor.

Each participant leaves the training with a certificate and practical tools to help onboard new team members with clarity and confidence.

A human-centered HR strategy

This initiative reflects JOST’s broader HR vision: combining performance with care. By professionalising the tutor’s role, the company strengthens onboarding, reduces early-stage turnover, and creates an environment where talent can thrive from day one.
