At JOST, we are proud to take another step towards sustainability with the arrival of our first 100% electric tractor, retrofitted by NEOTRUCKS. This vehicle embodies our commitment to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and social progress—values we share with our partner NEOTRUCKS.

An inspiring story and a sustainable future

The story behind this tractor is as inspiring as its mission. Originally a diesel road tractor from our own fleet, it was returned to Renault Trucks and then completely transformed by NEOTRUCKS into a fully electric vehicle. Now, emission-free, efficient, and sustainable, it returns to our warehouses for a second life.

Equipped with a 108 kWh battery, this tractor operates seamlessly throughout the workday. Quick charging during breaks ensures uninterrupted performance. It is remarkably quiet and comfortable, eliminating exhaust fumes and improving working conditions for our drivers while contributing to cleaner air.

A positive environmental impact

Beyond its outstanding performance, this electric tractor can be powered by excess energy generated by our on-site solar panels, further reducing our carbon footprint. Compared to traditional diesel tractors, this electric alternative significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, marking a key milestone in the decarbonization of our supply chain.
