Responsibilities
As a Logistics Officer, you play a key role in managing inbound and outbound logistics flows. Acting as the link between drivers, operations teams and internal departments, you help ensure that daily logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities include:
Logistics Flow Management
- Monitor and control inbound and outbound goods;
- Verify shipping documents to ensure the accuracy and reliability of logistics operations.
Administrative Management
- Enter orders and stock movements into the IT systems;
- Ensure accurate administration and maintain up-to-date logistics data.
Driver Reception & Transport Documentation
- Welcome, guide and assist drivers upon arrival on site;
- Check, process and follow up transport documents (CMRs);
- Ensure proper administrative follow-up of transport files.
Operational Coordination
- Communicate key information to the operations teams;
- Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics issues;
- Ensure efficient communication and information flow between departments.
Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in logistics, administration or planning;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- You are well organised, detail-oriented and accurate;
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to manage priorities effectively;
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools;
- You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment;
- You are recognised for your reliability, precision and strong sense of responsibility.
