We are looking for a Logistics Administrative Officer for our Oupeye site (Trilogiport)

Your main mission:

To ensure administrative and operational follow-up of incoming and outgoing logistics flows in order to guarantee smooth, reliable and compliant warehouse operations.
The Logistics Administrative Officer plays a key role in coordinating between on-site operations, transport partners, clients and internal departments.

Your responsibilities include:

Administrative management

  • Processing and verifying logistics documents (CMR, BL, orders, etc.)
  • Data entry into ERP/WMS systems
  • Data control and file archiving

Logistics flow management

  • Monitoring inbound deliveries (trucks / containers) and outbound shipments
  • Coordinating with internal teams and partners (warehouse operators, transporters, clients)
  • Managing priorities and ensuring compliance with procedures

Operational follow-up

  • Tracking orders and deliveries
  • Identifying and reporting issues (stock, documentation, delays, quality)
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes

Communication

  • Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sharing information and participating in meetings


Profile:

• Previous experience in logistics, transport or administration is preferred
• Minimum English level B2
• Knowledge of German (B1 level) is a plus
• Flexible working hours and occasional Saturday availability
• Proficiency in Excel and office tools
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems
• Good understanding of logistics flows
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills
• Responsive with good prioritization skills
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
