We are looking for Night Dispatchers for our headquarters in Weiswampach (North of Luxembourg)

Tasks:

• Vehicle planning by area or customer type

• Customer contact: order reception, issue reporting, capacity requests, etc.

• Scheduling appointments on various customer platforms

• Monitoring vehicles, driving times, and ETAs

• Optimization of routes and/or vehicle load rates

• Communication with “JOST” subcontractors

Profile:

• You are dynamic, resourceful, proactive, and able to manage priorities

• Language skills are an important asset:

  • Trilingual French / Dutch / English

  • Turkish and Romanian are considered an advantage

• Proven experience in transport is essential

• Comfortable with IT tools: able to work all day on screens and handle multiple programs simultaneously

Offer:

• Full-time, 5 to 6 nights per week (40h/week), night shifts: 6 p.m. – 4 a.m.
  (from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with the option to work Friday night to Saturday morning)

• Work within a young, dynamic team in a continuously growing group

• Permanent contract (CDI)
