JOST has taken over the Anné-Louagie company, based in Temse. Set up in 2003 by Marc Anné and his wife Mady Louagie, the company is specialized in the international transportation of containers by road, mainly in "one way". As a renowned specialist in France and Switzerland, it enjoys an excellent reputation among its customers and in the transport sector.

JOST is acquiring 100% of the company, all staff (consisting of 2 managers, 5 employees and 10 drivers), the 10 Volvo motor vehicles and the towed vehicles (ADR multipurpose container carrier with generator and Reefer), as well as the company office.

The 2019 turnover was €11,000,000 and 2020 €12,000,000.

The managers of JOST are delighted with this acquisition, which reflects the European group's strategic decision to add even greater value to its container division.
