JOST has signed an agreement for the acquisition of CTJ Janssen GmbH (CTJ), a major transport and logistics company in Germany. This important milestone marks a significant step forward for the group, strengthening its presence in Europe’s largest logistics market and reinforcing its position as a leading independent logistics provider.

A Recognized Transport and Logistics Company

Founded more than 40 years ago, CTJ has built a strong reputation in road transportation, logistics, and warehousing. The company generates annual revenue of approximately €135 million and employs nearly 650 people.

Its operations are supported by a fleet of around 400 trucks and more than 500 trailers, enabling the coordination of nearly 650 shipments per day. CTJ also operates a 5,000 m² warehouse and focuses primarily on the food, beverage, and consumer goods sectors.
