Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor (Shift Manager), you oversee shop floor teams and ensure the continuity, quality and safety of logistics operations during your shift. As a true operational point of reference, you ensure the smooth execution of daily activities.

Your main responsibilities include:

Management & Leadership

  • Supervising, motivating and supporting operational teams on the shop floor;
  • Ensuring an efficient allocation of tasks and the availability of resources;
  • Managing priorities and resolving operational issues in real time.

Shift Organization

  • Planning, coordinating and adjusting teams according to operational flows and business needs;
  • Ensuring seamless communication and handovers between shifts;
  • Monitoring deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Tracking the site's key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Identifying gaps and proposing appropriate corrective actions;
  • Reporting performance results and incidents to management.

Compliance with Procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations;
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes;
  • Training and raising team awareness of operational best practices.

Profile

  • You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a logistics environment or in a similar role;
  • You have experience in team management within the logistics sector;
  • Initial experience in the tyre industry is considered a strong asset;
  • You have an excellent command of French and English;
  • You demonstrate natural leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • You have a solid understanding of logistics operations;
  • You are able to manage stress, unexpected situations and peak activity periods effectively and calmly.
