We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (M/F/X) for our site in Messancy

Main Mission

As an Operational Manager (Shift Manager), you supervise operational teams on the floor and ensure the continuity, quality, and safety of logistics operations during your shift. You act as the operational reference point and ensure that daily activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Supervision

• Lead, motivate, and support operational teams on the warehouse floor.

• Ensure efficient task allocation and availability of resources.

• Manage priorities and resolve operational issues in real time.

Shift Organization

• Plan, coordinate, and adjust team schedules according to operational flows and needs.

• Ensure smooth communication and information transfer between shifts.

• Monitor deadlines and maintain productivity levels.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the site.

• Identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions.

• Report performance results and incidents to management.

Compliance with Procedures

• Ensure the application of internal procedures and safety rules.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding best practices.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics environment or similar role.

• Very good command of French and English.

• Natural leadership and strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent team management skills.

• Solid understanding of logistics operations.

• Ability to handle stress, unexpected situations, and peak activity periods.
