We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (M/F/X) for our site at Trilogiport in Oupeye.

Main Mission
As an Operational Manager (Shift Manager), you supervise field teams and ensure continuity, quality, and safety of logistics operations during your shift. You are the operational point of reference and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Management & Supervision

• Supervise, motivate, and support operational teams on the floor.

• Ensure efficient task allocation and resource availability.

• Manage priorities and resolve operational issues in real time.

• Shift Organization

• Plan, coordinate, and adjust teams according to operational flows and needs.

• Ensure smooth handover of information between shifts.

• Ensure deadlines are met and productivity is maintained.

• Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the site.

• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

• Report performance and incidents to management.

• Compliance with Procedures

• Ensure the application of internal procedures and safety rules.

• Contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding best practices.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics environment or similar role.

• Very good command of French and English.

• Natural leadership and strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent team management skills.

• Solid understanding of logistics operations.

• Ability to manage stress, unforeseen events, and peak periods.
