We are looking for a Dispatch Officer (M/F/X) for our site at Trilogiport in Oupeye.

FUNCTION
Within the Logistics Department and directly reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play an essential role in organizing and optimizing transport routes to ensure smooth planning and efficient deliveries. Your main mission will consist of planning and coordinating routes while ensuring communication with field teams and clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Route planning and optimization

• Develop and optimize daily transport schedules.

• Take operational constraints into account to ensure the best route organization.

• Operational coordination

• Ensure effective communication with field teams.

• Adjust routes according to unforeseen events and operational needs.

• Schedule follow-up

• Update and ensure consistency of schedules.

• Monitor compliance with timelines and provide regular reporting.

• Customer communication

• Inform clients about delivery status.

• Respond to requests and resolve issues related to routes.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (administration, logistics, or planning).

• Good command of French and English. German will be considered an asset.

• Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.

• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Ability to manage priorities.

• Customer service mindset.

• Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.

• Good communication skills.
