We are looking for dispatchers for our headquarters in Weiswampach (Northern Luxembourg)

Tasks:

• Planning vehicles by zone or customer type
• Customer contact: receiving orders, reporting issues, capacity requests, etc.
• Scheduling appointments on various customer platforms
• Vehicle tracking, driving times, ETA
• Optimization of routes and/or vehicle occupancy rates
• Communication with subcontractors “JOST”

Profile:

• You are dynamic, resourceful, proactive, and responsive, able to manage priorities
• Languages are an important asset: French/English/Dutch/German
• Experience in transportation is an asset
• Comfortable with tools and different software: able to spend the whole day in front of a screen and switch between several programs
