Training is key to constantly upgrading the competences of JOST staff

Professional drivers trained in line with your requirements and procedures and with proven skills in safety, hygiene, quality and environment matters are there to serve you each and every day. Their training is of key importance for a high level of service.

Training is the key to constantly boosting the capabilities, knowledge and competences of JOST staff. Right from the theoretical and practical tests on joining our company and throughout their careers with us, all of our staff, whether white-collar or blue-collar, are trained and coached, thereby fully contributing to the success of the company.

Our team of in-house trainers provide training in "green driving and safety", in the professional usage of our vehicles, in the specific procedures of our customers, in stowing and securing loads, in the practical use of onboard IT and GPS systems, etc., thereby supporting our teams in achieving excellence in their day-to-day work.

More than 30,000 hours of training are provided each year, at all levels within the company, including driving, warehouse and workshop staff.
