And significantly strengthens its range of services at the heart of the Port of Antwerp!

JOST, a major player in European transport and logistics, is proud to announce the acquisition of two strategic entities: Handico International and Antwerp Mobile Repair.

These acquisitions mark a decisive step in the Group's development and diversification strategy.

A broader range of services for our customers

With the integration of Handico International and Antwerp Mobile Repair, JOST is significantly strengthening its service offering. Customers will now benefit from a wider range of services, including warehousing and logistics at the Port of Antwerp.

Handico International brings its expertise in secure warehousing, customs and excise, as well as cross-docking, pick & pack, (re)labelling, and much more. These services complement JOST's existing logistics solutions, offering customers an even more optimized and efficient supply chain.

Optimising and improving vehicle maintenance

For JOST, the acquisition of Antwerp Mobile Repair represents an opportunity to optimize the maintenance of its fleet of vehicles. Specialized in the repair of chassis, trailers and containers, Antwerp Mobile Repair has recognised expertise and solid partnerships with prestigious brands such as Schmitz Cargobull, BPW, Dhollandia, Haldex, Meritor, SAF, MBB, SKF and Wabco. The company strengthens JOST's 24/7 breakdown service, which ensures continuous and efficient monitoring of its vehicles, minimizing downtime and increasing the reliability of its operations.

Strengthening our presence in the port of Antwerp

This double acquisition enables JOST to strengthen its strategic presence in the Port of Antwerp, one of Europe's most important logistics hubs. In terms of surface area, JOST is extending its facilities from 60,500 m² in the Port of Antwerp to 190,000 m², tripling its capacity to receive and manage goods.

Extension of our operational base in Flanders

With this expansion, JOST is extending its operational base in northern Belgium to include Antwerp, Geel and Waarloos. This strengthened presence will enable the group to respond more effectively to regional demand and ensure optimum geographical coverage for its logistics and transport services.

These strategic acquisitions demonstrate JOST's commitment to offering its customers ever more complete and efficient services, while consolidating its leading position in the European transport and logistics market.
