JOST increases its expansion at the Trilogiport in Liege.

In 2016, JOST brought a wind of attractiveness to the fervent city with the construction, at the end of the project, of several warehouses on 300,000 m² of land.

The first warehouse, with a total surface area of 43,330 m², which went into operation in March 2018, offers integrated logistics for mass retail and industrial customers in state-of-the-art infrastructure, accessible 24/7.

Over the course of 2020, this represented more than 1.2 million pallets handled, including daily connections with Italy via a multimodal solution.

Seeing that its warehouse was developing successfully, JOST aspires to a real expansion. In order to maintain its operational excellence as well as a high quality service based on great flexibility for tailor-made solutions, JOST launched the construction of a second warehouse in three phases, with a total area of 72,000 m², to be achieved in the first quarter of 2022.

Seeing again a craze from customers requesting a multimodal hub for their European logistics, JOST is engaged in the third phase of this project.
The earthwork for the last phase of 67,000 m² is underway since the beginning of March. The warehouses will be available at the end of 2023.

The attractiveness and the asset of Trilogiport are based on multimodality!

The Trilogiport site provides transport and logistics from the international level.
The connection to the road, to the river, recently to the rail and the proximity of Liege Airport make this Belgian river port an essential hub.

The multimodal transport allows JOST to pursue the reduction of its CO2 emissions, in line with its ISO 14.001 certification and the Lean & Green charter.

This connection of the means of transport offers a gain in flexibility with daily departures, an increased safety of the goods, an increase of the payload higher than that of the road transport, an advantage for the community with fewer trucks on the road and especially a reduction of the impact of the CO2 emissions.

This will maintain an efficient and greener transport and logistics system for the 56 million European inhabitants living within a radius of 250 km of the Trilogiport of Liege.
