As a M/F/X technical expert, your main mission is to assess and monitor claims for all the company's vehicles (trucks, vans, cars, etc.). In this context, your tasks are as follows:
 

• Receive claims files;
• Analyze vehicle damage;
• Draw up estimates for necessary repairs;
• Negotiate and defend the estimate with the various appraisal firms;
• Compare the estimates with the repairs carried out. If necessary,
• make claims;
• Carry out technical follow-up of repairs in collaboration with our various garages;
• Follow up on maintenance and damage to fleet vehicles;

 
Your profile :
 

• Graduated in automotive appraisal or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of insurance legislation 
• Good command of car and truck mechanics;
• Good knowledge of bodywork;
• Good communication skills;
• Rigorous and highly organized;
• Knowledge of Dutch will be considered an asset;
