We are looking for dispatchers for our headquarters in Weiswampach (Northern Luxembourg)
 
Tasks :
- Vehicle planning by zone or customer type
- Customer contact: receipt of orders, problem reports, capacity requests, etc.
- Appointments at various customer platforms
- Vehicle tracking, driving times, ETAs
- Optimization of loops and/or vehicle occupancy rates
- Communication with "JOST" subcontractors.
 
Profile:
- You are dynamic, resourceful, proactive and reactive, able to manage priorities.
- Languages are an important asset: French/English/Dutch/German
- Experience in transport is an asset
- Comfortable with the tool and the different programs: you're able to stay in front of a screen all day and juggle between several programs
 
Offer:
Full-time, 5 days/week (40h/week)
You will be part of a young team, in a continuously expanding group.
