We are looking for employees in the planning department for our headquarters in Weiswampach (GD Luxembourg)
 
  • Two trilingual employees (German/French/English) for the German import planning.
  • Two employees (English/French/Dutch (basic)) for the BNL planning.
  • One trilingual employee (English/French/Dutch) for the planning of Waarloos.

Description

5 days/week
 
  • Planning of vehicles by zone or type of customer.
  • Customer contact: receipt of orders, problem reports, capacity requests, ...
  • Taking appointments on different customer platforms.
  • Follow-up of vehicles, driving time, ETA.
  • Optimization of loops and/or vehicle occupancy rates.
  • Communication with "JOST" subcontractors.
 
You will evolve within a young team, in a group in continuous expansion.
Full time contract for an indefinite period.
Salary subject to Luxembourg legislation.
