POSITION

Within the Finance department and reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a central role as a strategic liaison between the Finance/Controlling teams and IT. Your main mission will be to ensure the proper configuration, optimization, and operational functioning of our Odoo ERP for all group companies. You will work closely with the accounting department, controlling, and internal IT.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP management and optimization (Odoo):

• Functional user support and issue diagnosis.

• Functional configuration and user access rights management.

• Drafting specifications for internal developers.

• Performing tests and validation before production go-live.

Integration of new companies and merger operations:

• Prepare and import the required data (customers, suppliers, accounts, fixed assets, users, cost centers), excluding transaction history.

• Coordinate the entire process with the accounting management.

Reporting and Business Intelligence (QlikSense):

• Collect and understand the needs of Finance and Controlling teams.

• Communicate requirements to external developers and monitor developments.

• Perform initial testing of dashboards and reports.

ERP project management and upgrades:

• Functional support during migrations or upgrades.

• Organization and execution of testing phases.

• Validation of functional requirements and communication with IT if certain functionalities are no longer available.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance ERP environment, ideally as an ERP consultant or in a similar role.
• Financial and accounting skills: General accounting, VAT, fixed assets, and knowledge of local statutory requirements in the countries of operation.
• Technical skills: Significant experience with an ERP system (Odoo is a plus), advanced handling of Excel and CSV files for data imports.
• Languages: French and English B2/C1 required, Dutch is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Autonomous, able to challenge requirements, proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
• Availability required in case of critical system issues or during go-lives.
• Handover/takeover mandatory with the current position holder to ensure continuity.
