We are looking for a Technical Administrative Assistant for our site in Herstal (Province of Liège).
• Filing, archiving, and document management (paper and digital)
• Handling phone calls, emails, and welcoming visitors
• Preparation and follow-up of administrative files
• Data entry, verification, sending, and follow-up of purchase orders
• Reconciliation of purchase orders with received invoices or credit notes
• Follow-up of external repairs
• Updating information in the system (periodic inspections, maintenance, tachographs, etc.)
• Monitoring oil quality analysis management
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in IT tools (office software, fleet management software)
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in the transport sector
• French: C2 level
• English and Dutch: B1 level
• IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable – Persistent – Organized – Autonomous – Curious – Precise
• Preferably living within a 30 km radius of Herstal
