Main mission

Ensure the operational and administrative management of the garage in order to guarantee user satisfaction, the quality of technical services, and the profitability of the activity. The Garage Manager coordinates teams, optimizes processes, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Main responsibilities

Operational management

• Organize and plan workshop interventions

• Supervise mechanical, electronic, and bodywork operations

• Ensure the quality of repairs and compliance with deadlines

• Manage parts orders

• Manage spare parts inventory

Team management

• Supervise mechanics

• Ensure task allocation and performance monitoring

• Train, support, and develop team skills

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and internal procedures

Required skills

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and modern technologies

• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and workshop management software

• Understanding of safety and quality standards

Managerial skills

• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to unite a team

• Priority management and decision-making

• Customer service orientation and clear communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a workshop or garage

• Technical training in automotive mechanics (preferred)

• Strong service mindset, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit

Required competencies

• Mechanical and electronic knowledge of cars

• French: Level C2

• English: Level B1

• IT skills: Microsoft Office Suite
