As part of its continuous development, Jost Management S.A. is looking for an HR OFFICER for immediate employment, to strengthen the HR team at its Weiswampach (L) site.


Responsibilities

 
  • As an HR Officer, your main mission is to ensure the payroll and administrative management of the staff. Your tasks include:
  • Managing temporary workers: processing, monitoring, coordinating and checking temp assignments (employees, workers, drivers), invoice verification.
  • Administrative management of permanent staff: encoding working hours, issuing warnings, entering and monitoring absences, organizing medical visits, producing various reports…
  • HR administrative support: sending payslips, preparing secondments, processing road inspection reports…
  • Contributing to projects directly related to the human resources department.


Profile

 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
  • Initial experience in the temporary employment sector is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics sector is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong command of IT tools (Office Suite, Outlook, Odoo…).
  • You are rigorous, precise and detail-oriented.
  • You are stress-resistant.
  • You are proactive and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
