We are looking for dispatchers for our site located in Zellik

Tasks:

• Customer Contact: Issue notifications, capacity requests, etc.
• Driver follow-up, reporting anomalies related to the customer’s planning.
• Optimization of loops and/or vehicle occupancy rates.
• Communication with the central planning at Weiswampach .

Profile:

• You are dynamic, resourceful, proactive, and responsive, able to manage priorities
• Languages are an important asset:
o Dutch/French bilingualism is essential.
o English is a plus.
• Experience in transport is essential.
• Comfortable with tools and various programs (proficient in MS Office): you are able to stay in front of a screen all day and juggle between several programs.
• Possession of a personal vehicle.

Offer:

• Full time, 5 days/week (37h/week) + 2 Saturdays per month with compensatory rest.
• Variable schedule: 04:00/12:00 and/or 12:00/20:00
• You will work within a young team in a continuously expanding group
• Permanent contract.
