We are looking for a Customer & Project Supply Chain Officer for our site located in Oupeye

Tasks:

Customer Integration Project Management

• Lead the operational integration of new customers within the group’s logistics network.
• Ensure coordination between different stakeholders (customer, operations, IT, finance, quality, etc.).
• Develop, monitor, and implement implementation schedules.
• Translate customer needs into clear and operational internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractually defined deadlines, costs, and service levels.

Continuous Improvement & Process Audit

• Conduct audits of logistics processes on existing sites.
• Identify improvement points and propose corrective or optimization actions.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of the automation and digitalization policy defined by the group.
• Participate in the standardization and documentation of operational procedures.

Operational Support and Coordination

• Serve as the supply chain reference for internal teams for cross-functional projects.
• Ensure smooth communication between different departments: operations, IT, commercial, quality, safety.
• Support operational sites during critical phases (launches, peak activity, customer audits).
• Participate in training and supporting local teams during new implementations.

Profile:

• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s +3 minimum) in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management and/or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of integrated supply chain processes (transport, warehousing, distribution).
• Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of change management and project management (methodologies like PMP or Prince2, a plus).
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset, solution- and results-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to unite teams without direct hierarchical link.
• Rigor, autonomy, and client orientation.
• High visibility position within the group, reporting to the logistics management
• Opportunity to actively contribute to the digital and automated transformation of the supply chain.
• Mobility and adaptability required (regular travel in Belgium and abroad).

Offer:

• Full time, 5 days/week (37h/week)
• You will work within a young team in a continuously growing group.
• Permanent contract.
