We are looking for an IT Tools Trainer – Odoo Specialization for the Liège region

Missions

The IT Tools Trainer plays a key role in the deployment of the new Odoo ERP within the JOST Group.

Their mission is to support employees in taking control, adopting, and mastering the Odoo modules related to their activities (transport, logistics, technical, HR, finance…).

Beyond Odoo, they also contribute to training on other digital tools of the Group and to the dissemination of a modern digital culture integrating artificial intelligence practices.

Train and support Odoo users

• Develop and deliver training on the different Odoo modules according to the professions and user profiles.
• Create clear and interactive training materials: user guides, tutorial videos, e-learning modules, practical sheets.
• Support key users in their skills development and in their role as on-site relays.
• Provide close support during launch and stabilization phases.
• Collect feedback from the field to continuously improve training and documentation.
• Ensure structured feedback of training needs to project teams to feed functional evolutions and process optimizations.

Contribute to the implementation and deployment of Odoo

• Work closely with project and IT teams to understand business processes and translate needs into educational content.
• Participate in user tests, validation workshops, and deployment communications.
• Ensure consistency between training, defined processes, and system configurations.
• Support change management by promoting user adoption of Odoo.
• Demonstrate maturity and analytical skills to observe field practices, identify implicit needs, and propose optimizations aligned with deep knowledge of Odoo and business processes.

Develop the Group’s digital culture and IT usage

• Train on collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Raise awareness among teams about practical uses of artificial intelligence and automation tools.
• Promote digital best practices and collaboration between different departments.
• Ability to manage heterogeneous groups and adapt to varying levels of digital maturity.

Ensure the quality and follow-up of training

• Measure training satisfaction and effectiveness through evaluations and performance indicators.
• Keep documentation and materials up to date according to Odoo and other tool evolutions.
• Participate in Jost Academy training reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of the system.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, management, or any equivalent field combining technical and pedagogical skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer, key user, functional support, or consultant on IT tools or ERP
• Good knowledge of French and English. Dutch is a plus.
• Additional training in project management
• ODOO certifications (functional or technical) or proven experience on ODOO modules
• Ability to design, structure, and deliver training programs for diverse audiences
• Experience in writing user documentation, creating digital content, and change management
• First exposure to ERP integration or deployment is a major asset
• Sensitivity to industrial, logistics, or transport sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Master internal tools related to business processes
• Experience in training users on ERP or digital tools
• Proficiency with collaborative tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Familiarity and interest in AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Pedagogy and ability to simplify technical concepts
