We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our HR department
Your main mission will be to handle the recruitment of heavy truck drivers (national/international) and warehouse forklift operators. Your tasks will include:

Drafting and publishing attractive job ads through various recruitment channels (job boards, social networks, partners) while ensuring their appeal;

Screening applications;

Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews;

Assessing technical skills (driving licenses, FIMO/FCO, CACES, logistics experience) and the suitability for the position;

Developing and maintaining a database of qualified candidates;

Working closely with operations managers and dispatching to anticipate staffing needs.
Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources;

Recruitment experience, ideally in the transport/logistics sector or temporary employment;

Good knowledge of social regulations and required certifications (CE driving license, driver card, CACES, etc.);

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Excellent command of French and English;

Ability to work independently, in an organized and proactive manner;

Proficiency in recruitment software and professional social networks.
