Mission:

Ensure the operational implementation of training projects (both classroom and digital), contribute to the digitalization of the training offer, and support the continuous improvement of learning pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the various training digitalization projects: manage the entire lifecycle of digital training content and formats; ensure consistency and integration of tools/platforms.

  • Support the implementation of training processes for the group: optimize training pathways, from needs analysis to evaluation; participate in the implementation of innovative instructional design methodologies that comply with quality standards.

  • Coordinate project stakeholders.

  • Monitor quality and performance.

  • Provide instructional support to trainers: support and guide trainers in developing pedagogical skills, advise on methodological choices, and facilitate the transition to digital tools.

  • Evaluate training initiatives and ensure continuous improvement: coordinate the implementation of training effectiveness evaluation systems, analyze results, and propose improvement plans.

  • Monitor trends and foster innovation by identifying new EDTECH solutions to enrich the training ecosystem.

Profile required:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, human resources, or project management.

  • Official project management certification.

  • Good command of office tools.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and persuade stakeholders.

  • Official certification in change management.

  • Official certification in digital learning.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

  • Knowledge and experience in training process and content digitalization.

  • In-depth knowledge of project methodology (Agile appreciated).

  • In-depth knowledge of JOST processes.

  • Significant experience in training project coordination or management, ideally with a strong digital component.

  • Strong knowledge of e-learning tools and platforms (LMS, LCMS, TMS, authoring tools, etc.).

  • Understanding of pedagogical issues (andragogy, blended learning, adaptive learning).

  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete digital solutions.

  • Ability to support change and build engagement around innovative projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Teaching/coaching abilities.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
