We are looking for a Data Analyst (M/F/X) for our site in Weiswampach (North of Luxembourg)

Tasks:

We are seeking a motivated and solution-oriented Data Analyst to strengthen our analytical and decision-support capabilities, particularly in the monitoring and optimization of our vehicle fleet.

Your main role will be to transform data into useful, clear, and actionable insights using Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense), and to ensure the regular dissemination of KPIs and other reports through Qlik NPrinting, in order to support operational teams in their daily decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, improve, and further develop Qlik Sense dashboards related to telematics, KPIs, or other operational data.

  • Understand the needs of end users (often non-technical) and design clear, relevant, and easy-to-use reports.

  • Structure, clean, and model data from various sources (notably telematics and internal systems).

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to feed dashboards and analyses.

  • Act as a proactive point of contact for internal departments, delivering added value through data.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and tools, and contribute to their implementation.

  • Provide analytical insight into telematics management, while also being open to other areas.

Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, IT, or any equivalent experience.

  • Any education with a strong logic focus (e.g., industrial engineering) combined with a strong interest in data analysis will also be considered.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid command of SQL.

  • Experience (or strong interest) in BI tools; Qlik Sense is a major asset.

  • Understanding of interconnected data systems (ERP, telematics, external databases, etc.).

Behavior and Soft Skills:

  • Proactive, autonomous, and well-organized.

  • Resourceful and solution-oriented, capable of digging into a problem and finding the right information.

  • Good listener with strong communication skills: able to put yourself in the end user's shoes to design useful, simple, and effective reports.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex data.

  • Curious, eager to learn, and keen to continuously improve tools and processes.

Offer:

  • Full-time position, 5 days/week (40 hours/week).

  • You will work within a dynamic team, in a continuously growing international group.

  • You will have a high degree of autonomy and the freedom to propose and implement ideas.

  • You will benefit from a collaborative work environment where your role as a bridge between technical and operational teams is central.
